Number 3 is my favourite. Could it be improved by closing up the B like these perhaps...

Maybe the C could hold the Subaru logo like this...

The Subaru logo might fit better if the C was elongated a bit.

I have been drinking so these are probably all rubbish!

In retrospect I would have to say I prefer Option 3...

That said, that type at the bottom will be a real bitch to produce on anything other than a screen - it won't embroider and I have my doubts about it'll reproduce in vinyl for stickers and the like (Impact is/was [until a year or two ago] the corporate 'face for Subaru if that helps)
