Knockers was brilliant, totally lobsterfaced tho, totally knackered too. Bedtime very soon methinks. I was on the Clan Japan stand in support of the better looking half.

I reckon Team Stevenson has nigh on the best Subaru support crew possible

You on the tinwork

AndyF on ECU duties

Kenny knows one end of a spanner from the other

Mark for engine advise

Arch for doner parts

John for iron balls style of driving

All he really needs is Terzo Neil for moral support and the Tartan Illuminati is complete

Car of the day was the Sleeper Datsun 150y that had 250hp courtesy of a 200sx lump and drivetrain. It even had authentic battered suitcases on the roof

Yep, spotted it as soon as we went in .. ;)

Glad we bumped into you and Imy today Grant.. it was good to catch up mate. Just wished i'd taken the car now though.. :( Did you take yours btw, forgot to ask ? (i was talking to Steve about it)

Callum...Good to meet you - hopefully you'll have the fatboy with you next time :D

Cracking weather, good banter and the racing wasn't too bad either (well done btw John!!) .. top day all round.

Brilliant pics people. Was a great day and the weather was spot on, as im sure most of our faces are telling us today :D Cheers to Zander (kookamunga) for the sti rear lights, well chuffed with them. Good to chat to Grant and Imy and i saw plenty of the cars off of the forum dotted around the area throughout the day, all looking very nice indeed! Well done to all the TA entrants from the forum, you were all flying and i made sure one of my mates got plenty of pics of your cars so i will post them up later on :(

Cheers

Yeah it was pretty uneventful wasnt it! The magnet's strength is weakened in high ambient temperatures!

What's the RSE car running then? It must be pretty meaty to be doing the times it was doing.

Not sure exactly but it was running 700bhp on its lowest boost setting on Saturday, think its over 900bhp on full boost! Thing is he didnt even look like he was trying, car was very stable unlike the gobstoper which looks a bit of handful.
