Hi all

I would like to invite you to an SIDC Oxon Scooby Crew Christmas Party round my place Sunday 14th Dec from 11:00am onwards.

We have parking for around 10 cars and all members are welcome

We will be putting on the food etc but if you feel the urge to bring a treat along please do as I am sure it will not go to waste, I may even brave the BBQ LOL

There is plenty for the kids (all ages) to do so bring them too if you want .

Obviously I will not post up my address on the forum but if you add your name to the list I will PM you the details

Be really nice if we could get a full turn out from all you Oxon guys.

Being it as the end of year and all that, its ok you dont have to bring Christmas cards just ya cars and yourselves.

Be a nice end of year support for the club.

Was mentioned at the Bowling last weekend that the dates for meets will be shifted to a little earlier in the month to help people with being closer to pay day etc.

Hope this does help and we get some more able to come to meets. I personally know how hard it is as i get paid on the 25th of each month.

Januarys meet is likely I am guessing be the 11th as 4th is a little soon after New Year.

Maybe we will get some idea of what people would like to do for the year 2009.

Local car meets had been mentioned and that can go for any of the Japfests and Santa Pod meets with SIDC.

Go Karting is another one, I mean we cant really show off in our cars so lets get it on the track and see whos the best.

Personally after putting up with Iain whipping mine and Stu's butt at bowling revenge is in order and I have the advantage

Just a quick update for the next meet.

In addition to the party I am looking into getting access to my work for a little walk round and mabe some pics of the cars with the 'Queen of the skys' the VC10 Tanker, my bread and butter I will keep you posted.

Hi Iain, I'm sorry but I cant make this one, work over the last few months has been very busy with prep work doine during the week and go live/testing work done at the weekends, this is due to go on until june/july next year

Good news about the bonus mate

If you have any charcoal laying about that would be usefull also if you are able to get hold of any BBQ foods (burgers/sausages/chicken) that would be great, if you can get/supply any of the BBQ foods let me know mate and we will sort something out as we were going to do a shop for them anyway
