Surely if there is demand for them,then they could have done more, after all it would be more money for the jerviswood trust .555 prints is not a lot when you consider how many cars took part.

Easy for me to say as I manged to get my order in, but it's nice to see you took the same route as prodrive/Subaru for limited editions..

They've always tried to make the right numebr of special edition Imprezas.. Checked out demand, and made a little less than demand.. That way they sell everyone yet there's still demand for more! This keeps the prices up as the market isn't flooded and makes them more special!

Fortuantely as mentioned earlier there will be other versions of the poster (not limited admitedly) but at least everyone can have the opportinity to have something to remember the event by :waving-santa:

. o O (I'm actually surprised there was as much as 555 available! Was expecting about 250 or something :santa: But I guess 555 is a nice round number )

P.s. There's no way in h*** mine will be appearing on eBay!

We're going to keep the first 5 and get them signed,

the last 5 will be put on Ebay International.

We're also wanting to get 5 "000" prints made up and give them to Jimmy, Nicky, Derek, David Richards and David Lapworth

The intention is for the first 5 to be signed but we still have to find the people to sign and get them to do the deed

This may take some time so these will be sold off at a later date once we have them signed.

News of there signing status will be updated through time

I am another that was unable to order when I first read the original post (on my work computer and don't like to order things through that), so I'm massively disappointed that I have not managed to order one.

As a suggestion, would it not be possible to do a further run of the pictures that are not numbered, and hence not de-valuing the original run, as making them available. I would far rather give my money to the charity than some lowlife selling their's for profit or getting a fake from E-bay. As others have suggested, so many people were involved in the picture, and so many more were not available to attend the event due to other commitments that I'm sure another 300-500 could easily be sold.

Just a thought.

Cheers Grant , Thats great news, really appreciate that mate,Me and big Neil are happy bunnies will be great to have this as a token of one of the most memorable times of 9 yrs Scooby ownership and my life. p.s we were in the long part of the L, 2 rows in from the right and 6 down , behind an original white P1 .(pretty rare).

some of the emails we've got from folk via the Gathering website are awful...

everything from "I cant believe I wasnt told about this, why wasnt I informed there are only 555 prints"

to "it was my birthday that weekend, please can i get one"

i'm not wanting any thanks or praise or sympathy,

I just need some patience and understanding that the things that we do are thought through and discussed and that there are reasons for everything.

we are trying to juggle our day jobs as well as responding to all the [daft] questions and are doing the best we can.

I even fielded an email that asked why there was not a contact phone number for us if customers are experiencing problems with the shop (err because this is voluntary pal and we are not a business)

Shame I missed out though, I would dearly have loved a proper print to frame and put on the wall.

(Grant was I meant to get one out of the boot of the car as I was fitting the Cat? )
