iain01 Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 After reading many recommendations for Hypertech, and speaking to Duncan yesterday I'm booked in next saturday for some whiteline goodies. 24mm rear ARB, alloy droplinks, ALK and fast road geometry set up. Duncan gave me all the info i needed and was very helpful, quite happy to travel from Ayrshire for their services.

C_WRX Posted July 13, 2008 Posted July 13, 2008 Yip, Duncan knows his stuff - good choice. If you're waiting for it be prepared for the 10-15mins walk in to centre of Bonnybridge of which I didn't think there was much to do...or take a good mag to read.
nanaki Posted July 13, 2008 Posted July 13, 2008 i just sat and played the ds when i was there. to lazy to walk.

mikeyb13 Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 Mikey if you handy wi the spanners fit the stuff yourself and then get the geometry set upGordy It does seem like a piece of cake but then again so did the spark plugs! Not quite what to buy Solid or Wire droplinks and which width of anti roll bar? Also some modification is seemingly required due having alloy bottom arms Im told "its just a case of drilling them out to 10mm" Easy Peasy?
addison Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 Must say mate any time I've used Ian Grieve for anything they have been spot on. May well have been an off day! But if you’re in business you can’t afford to have off days.

CGS The GB270 saloons and wagons both have an uprated rear ARB, which is 20mm. I was going for the alloy droplinks and Anti-Lift Kit, decided to get the 24mm Arb at the same time as well as the geometry set up.

After I came back from hypertech I went a wee run round some of the back roads that I know and was well impressed. Not sure how the fast road settings will be on tyre wear, Duncan informed me that they are not too harsh, sure some of the guys on here will be able to advise you better on that.
