thewelsho Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 (edited) I love the look of the ScoUK Bugeye, but as I said before, I think it is crying out for some aftermarket rims just to finish it off perfectly: Edited July 7, 2008 by TheWelsho

scouk Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 (edited) D'oh! I'm still heading towards multispoke design.. specifically 18" oz Superlegerras in silver... But that does look quite neat with the black.. More or less the same ones they stuck on the RB320's Although the PFF7's would go nicely with the rest of the prodrive ensemble Definately open to suggestions! Will probably be next year before I get new ones.. Edited July 7, 2008 by ScoUK
dan_jess Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 Some really nice cars there. Agree with the comments on the Black wrx, really mean looking. Is that Grovits old Catalunya? Its still looking good
scooby-girl Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 Great pics! It was well worth the early start to see so many scoobies I'll have better figures on the rollers next time

scouk Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 Cullenmin said: I didn't get everybody's torque figures but I know Aaron's 2.5 pulled some good torque. My Torque was coming in at 252lb-ft which is a bit low to be honest.. But it looks as though that was due to the turbo not produing as much boost as it shoudl have.. I was struggling to get the boost up last week and on the rollers only achieved 15.5psi when it should be aroudn 18psi in 4th Never mind.. Still a good result!
Smiler AS Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 Cullenmin said: I didn't get everybody's torque figures but I know Aaron's 2.5 pulled some good torque.Nice 1 folks Cheers, realised it was full of torque when it almost lifted itself up off the rollers at only 2000rpm (extra 2 straps duly fitted). S**t myself for a second but the dyno runs are well worth it to realise mod benefits and to know you are heading in the right direction! 320lbs/ft at 3200 rpm (handy for daily driving) VF34 and bigger intercooler next!
scouk Posted July 7, 2008 Posted July 7, 2008 Smiler AS said: and to know you are heading in the right direction! As opposed to off to the side Damn Good results though! the 2.5l is a seriously torquey engine! Intercooler should make a wee difference.. Any idea how much boost you were getting? Bigger Intercooler woudl help keep higher boost levels safe.. Definately reccomend it if going for a bigger turbine!
