sczscoob Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 Well with the Elgin/Highland meet/run coming up shortly i thought it was time to give the Scoob a tart up. So the interior got hoovered and polished then it was onto the outside. I got the PC out and gave it a coat of Menz Final Finish then 1 Coat of Nattys Blue Wax Followed by a coat of Collinite Wax. I was a good few hours at it today with plenty of the usual interuptions from people giving there advice on the best way to clean the car! Ok so here's a few pics of My Old Wagon, she scrubs up well when she wants to! I know not the best looking interior but it's clean! During, Love the foam bit! Now the afters! And my favourite What do ya think of it?
scoobyiain Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 Looking good but can i ask why you put 2 coats of different wax on it?
sczscoob Posted June 5, 2008 Author Posted June 5, 2008 Looking good but can i ask why you put 2 coats of different wax on it? To be honest i thought i'd try something different. Nattys seem to give the car a good glossy/wet finish and Collinite lasts forever.
cullenmin Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 Bloody hell, your a dab hand at this stuff wayne, about time i got you to do my car Rich

scoobyiain Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 Never tried it myself so not sure if 1 cancels the other out or not. You're right about collonite tho, that stuff is awesome.
