Not to sure about some of the parts being held on with sticky tape though
thewelsho Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Not to sure about some of the parts being held on with sticky tape though That's just a temporary measure. These kits are the type you lick and stick, just like an envelope. So while the newly licked parts are drying out, the tape stops them from falling off in the meantime.

st3ph3n Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Anyone who watches the fast and the furious for the story needs their head looked.
nanaki Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 hang on here your telling me there is no story!!! oh well that just ends it for me.
thewelsho Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Anyone who watches the fast and the furious for the story needs their head looked. It could be argued that any one who watches it period, would need their head looked... I mean what's in it? Nice cars? Look in a magazine, watch motor racing, or go to a car show, jsut don't try and say the these movies are entertaining on any level! Its like WWF wrestling in car form, totally devoid of anything substantial or accurate. That said, I'd watch it on DVD, but only when I am so tired as be unable to process even the recital of our alphabet!

Ain't seen it.. 4th one... Probably watch it somehow now it has an Impreza as a main role .. see what sort of a mess they make of it.. Great thing about US car films is that they are so used to automatics over there that they are facinated by a manual gear box... Just listen to how many upshifts the cars make in their movies!!! Spoils it for me..... Bout time the UK made a proper car movie! Ahh.. wait... they do... and then stick them on youtube, then the drivers get locked up the next day .. Oh well.. that's reality for you!
Carson Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 (edited) A was young "er" when this was out and a liked the 1st one! to this day still love the valve in the green eclipse, greddy type s. I got one recently and refurbished it, nice sound chris Edited March 8, 2008 by Carson
thewelsho Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Great thing about US car films is that they are so used to automatics over there that they are facinated by a manual gear box... Just listen to how many upshifts the cars make in their movies!!! Exactly! So, there is no good acting, no decent story lines, misrepresentation of the cars... so why go see these movies? If you do go see it, just mind and leave your brain at the door
st3ph3n Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 It's chewing gum for the eyes. Not all entertainment requires deep meaning and substance. It's got some pretty cars. Some pretty girls. It sounds and looks impressive. I can think of much less entertaining ways to spend 90 minutes.
scouk Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Dare I confess I have the 2fast2furious soundtrack in my car stereo at the moment....
