I got 2x £13 fuel vouchers through the post out of the blue and some bonus points vouchers. Unfortunately the staff at the Shell Garage at Keith hadn't seen them beofre and I held up many others while they sorted out what to do with them :) .

no its much better in Aberdeen, but it does depend on where you fil up.

The place I normally go to is pretty often on of the cheapest (tho not always) and I was 101.89 last night... so yeah really bad, but not as bad as everyone else by the looks of it...

As for elgin, its ALWAYS been expensive, and Ive seen me holding on till the last second just to make it to keith, as its that much cheaper... sometimes, tho, theres no choice...

think its time to get a diesel

Already got one (well it's the wifes really). As nippy as a 170bhp TDi is, it isn't a replacement for an STi, even if it does ~50-55mpg with our normal driving.

Yeah I tend to use the Shell garage by the airport (close to work) and it's normally just over the quid. Missed out on the last V Power day due to heading in the opposite direction that day and hoping Keith was going to have it as well... ended up paying full price there but at least it wasn't as pricey as it sounds in Elgin.

Normal Shell fuel does me at 94.9 a litre :)

Actually, it might almost be getting to the point where it'd be worth getting the car mapped to run on 95 RON rather than needing 97/98RON.

I do sometimes put some 95 in if I'm stuck somewhere and can't get Ultimate/V Power.

104.9 down in Whitburn last week...

aye, filled up yesterday and its 104.9p in south side Gla too.

the shock of the price was neutralised with a wee old man/petrol attendant filling up the RA for me (apparantly a free service) and told me to go and join the queue

Was busy making sure he lifted the correct nozzle from the right pump to let the price affect me at the time lol

oh and Dale, I laughed at your wee joke hon
