i though it was 1 off the best things within SIDC/ scottish section. im no trader or anything i just try to buy some parts and sell some parts to local scoob owners...i hate posting things and thought it was good just to collect/deliver parts. have even meet some great people with this way.....

i think its a good idea.

Although you have fewer buying options, you should have more confidence buying from the folk here, knowing that they are fully paid up members.

to be honest this is very unfair to a guy like me. I have been about here for as long if not longer than most. The membership would not benefit me in any way so therefore i have never had nor intend to get sidc membership. Even scoobynet lets non-members post in a for sale section. I think this has to be changed!!

Yes, this is a good point, and I know that Coulty has done much for the community of drivers. No one can make a quick buck at our expense if we choose not to buy what they are selling. Also, having a membership doesn't make people suddenly trustworthy either. Only my opinion!
