I think the official line is that the car will be launched at Tokyo motor show at the beginning of October with deliveries in Japan starting late October early November. Its feasible that it could make an early appearance in Frankfurt but as far as I know that's just a rumour at the moment and I don't think its very likely!

European deliveries are due for early spring, so I would expect arrivals in the UK sometime around Feb and the rest of Europe in March!

It still looks cack[:S]

I know its the way to go for the benefit of SWRT ![Y]

It may have the best suspension a Subaru has ever had even!

But for overall looks, it will need a vast vast vast improvement,

have 2 doors and big fat arches, even then it will look like

a mazda 323 on steriods .....

I just hope for all who have ordered a new STI, it turns out

better looking than the present hear say images

I think it is worth waiting for the facelift version of the new 08 model in 2010??  They are bound to do it just like all other Scoobies, they bring out a new shape then change it slightly for the better (or worse) due to critisim.  Take the Bug Eye, it had huge critisim and they facelifted it to the blob eye version.
