I'm trying to do a deal with the M3 to get back into scooby ownership so was wondering what you guys think this is worth ?

Well i'm just back and all i can say is you've got to have a go, even though i was only in the passenger seat its absolutely brilliant and a total must do for anyone who likes driving there car.
I have an 03 plate STi for sale. Theres an add in the for sale section but that will be updated tomorrow night with new price etc.
If your interested give me a shout as i need to get rid of it soon and i'll be putting it on autotrader/piston heads etc as well.
I'll be changing the price to £13 grand and can take a trade in up to £4 k but would rather something cheaper around £1/2 k

Big hairdressers car really (i'm not jealous honest)
Was in at your old work yesterday russ looking at a black sti wagon but all the salesman could tell me was it had a dump valve and the exhaust was too loud. [:S]
I discovered the piston slap all on my own [:@]
Pity your no still there for a blether.

Translation is as follows, hope it helps.
Notice: You must fit it (the part) to the groove of the piston rod, unless this is done it may lead to a failure or accident.

Ok although the M3 is great i've maybe a chance of a deal on a type r so whats good and bad about them and what kinda money do they go for ?
It's a P reg with 61k (45000 miles) and loads of mods running about 360/380 bhp
If i get it i promise to get my arse in gear and pay my membership as this will be the first scooby in my name []
Also insurance is cheaper !
I got loads of good advice about the M3 so i'm hoping that a scooby question should bring hundreds of replys.
Steve
Also the elephant thing just sounds a bit cheaper but the time you add charges etc on it's probably much the same. Admiral are pretty good as well and have given me 5 years no claims for free before.
