AWD MOTORSPORT would like to thank everybody who attended there open day today. It was very chilled with lots of coffee and some good banter. A big shout must go to Job who was on-hand with his whitline demo car risking life and limb on the test drives lol. Also a big shout to Ricky from fast and modified and Joe from Banzie who were snaping away at some of the awsome cars that turned up, Eyes peeled for next issues[] To anybody who missed it, look out for the MEGA OPEN DAY in the mid summer.

The beast lives again []

On this occasion the lack of Optimax in the region was die to unforeseen operational difficulties, which have now been resolved. Deliveries of Optimax should be back to normal very soon I find the above statment from shell abit of a smooth over, If there was operational difficulties im sure all there filling stations, owned or franchised would have been informed about any problems, But this situation has had the cloak and dagger approach.

My local had ran out aswell tday, and was told there was none in scotland lol, however i managed to get some in Perth, where the garage worker was totaly unaware of any hapenings, strange goings on![]

I wondered wot lorenzo from central cafe in kinross was grining about, then he got in to his shiney new M5, ill have to wach out for him! Havnt really seen one o these cars being guned yet!

Heard a few story about today, as to why the tanks all over the country are almost empty 1. the fuel that has been put out is the wrong mix, so the tanks need to be drained. (Reliable source) 2. Shell are running the tanks down to replace with 100 ron, but only a rumouer. (By garage owner) Its seems the garage owners and staff are in the dark on this one! or are they? Anybody got any other info?

Indy cars has a version 1 sti for sale, the same as my one with similar miles and similar condition And the doger is asking 10k for it. just abit on the pricey side lol

I agree they are all fast and all handle well in there own way, But if you want a fast one that handles well, get a classic, sort the brakes and suspension out and do only a few mods, that wont bankrupt yee, And easly have an everyday car with 320 bhp plus, I do like newage cars and I wouldnt say no to one, infact I used to have one, but I prefere the classic,

Classic, When my classic had only one mod and that was a decat system, It was pulling the same times down the quarter mile as some of the bigger bhp cars on here, 13.3, which had a lot more than only a decat and a couple of hundred quide spent on them.

Nasty, At least they didnt get the car Fee,

Just filled up £1.04p at Perth, asked the staff about the shortage, and they said they had no problem getting it, and new nothing about a shortage of optimax, but said the esso garage up the road had or was running out of fuel.

Bet you cant wait eh[]
