Not a silly question , more like gives me something to do with the spare time on my hands. So, going with paint, at the moment they have been rubbed down and etch primed. Probably paint them in 'whatever's closest to hand' and finish with a coat of clear lacquer.

I have to agree that TG isn't worth the cost (and no doubt a lot of effort) involved. Is it worth it?....If your going to SIDC track days, yes.....otherwise no.

Drain the system (take off the bottom rad hose) might be worth back-flushing it with a garden hose,and fill with anti-freeze/water mix.

Why don't you get a tape measure or a ruler and measure it, it's either 100mm or 114 mm from the centre of wheel stud to the next wheel stud.

HT Auto's spitters seem to be a bit more tougher to the day to day scrimps and scrapes. Local couple dogging it at the layby (sorry different topic.just read front splitter) i found most distracting!

Mark,........Wifey bought me the 'rally experience' a couple of years ago for a special birthday' . Felt totally cheated ........... that on my last run i made a point of f*cking ramming the car into a tyre wall' just to get my money's worth'....made me feel a whole lot better! My overriding memory....rip-off!
