Had my full graphics fitted by Scoobygraphics in Bournemouth, I think they advertise in True Grip (or did)........... They can supply any kit or part of a kit, mail order of fitting service and customise any graphic to suit your requirements, size, colour etc..... Think they only use 7 year vinyl and one year on have no complaints........excellent service, good price and nice guys ! Dont think they have a webiste, but advertise on E-Bay

Just to confuse the issue, most tyre companys manufacture the tread wear indicators set at 2mm, I suppose so you buy tyres earlier than required !!
