Some of them do look a bit dodgy, though! And nearly all in lancashire????

Also I will email you a list of breakers , when my ISP site comes back on line. [:(]

  2. Sorry no-one has responded to you on this one mate. Normally people are quite quick on this sort of thing.

The dealer will outsource it anyway, so you might be better fining out who they use.

I use a local guy in Strood for all my stuff and will gladly give you the owners number and a referral if you want to PM me yours. Although your best bet is to get a few quotes locally.

When you do, fund out how much the door will cost to repair as an individual part, as It might be easier to source a new door in the same colour.

From what you have said though, it does sound quite minor.

  3. I had two.

A bronzey 1.6 that we sprayed red, put in a 2.0 engine/box and stuck a higher spec tan interior in and .....................................it had

  4. The easiest to get hold of are STI 440's for the version 3/4 engines. You can extend these a bit with a high preseure regulator to 3.3bar at idle (standard 3bar), but will only be good for around 330-340 MAX.

I would say that you need 550's to be safe, but if you are buying new, you may as well get 740's abd have done with it.

Lateral performance are apparrently selling matched and adjusted 550's at the moment that can flow the rates as standard 740's. Mark at Lateral or Pavlo at Zen are probably the best peeps to ask directly. Both are very approachable.

  5. That'll be Jupiter then :(

I'm doing some temp work there at the moment.

Yup, she is one of the managers there, hence the reserved parking space. She did have one out the front, but left the company and went back, by which time someone else had nabbed it.

I used to run one of their competitors [:P], before I got bored with doing 30-odd appraisals. [:S]  So what do you do there?

  6. Everyone with a picture in their avatar is an SIDC member. With all of the discounts, dedicated insurance line with Keith Michaels and passes for show stands its well worth it [Y]

As soon as I remember to send a mail to get mine added!  ops.gif

  7. Silver New Age STi parked up in King's Hill, I'm sure it had some SIDC stickers onit.

That will be Mrs HOL borrowing my car for the day on Friday, cos she managed to run flat on one of her tyres.

So it was probably at her work, or the gym. [A]

Im pleased to say it came back unscathed. pray.gif

  8. Im from Walderslade from birth and was just the other side of the Valley from you guys, right up the top past the petrol station.

My mate Dave, with the other Silver Classic (P- Plate 320 BHP) also lives on your estate.

My eldest is in the same class as Monty Jr.

When you have seen me, were you in the Scoob?

  9. That's me strangely enough [:)] Its probably only at the weekends and the odd evening that you've seen the scoob. Weekdays im either in another HOL plated car or a nondescript 182 Clio.

I was living down near Monty, but Im up in Lordswood since November last Year.

    Where abouts are you?

  10. Silver classic with a broken fuel pump in at B D Engineering in Newington on saturday and a Silver new age in Hempsted Valley on sunday.

Could've been me in the Newage... Probably when I went to fill up with juice.

    What wheels did it have??

    If Gold, then not me
