Since she was rebuilt I've been paranoid about detonation amongst other things. Anyway Iain said she was fuelling spot on, there wasn't even a tinkle of det and she was running very sweet. Before she blew she was rolling roaded at 304 bhp/250 lb/ft so I was very happy with today's 302 bhp. More importantly, I've gained a whole load of torque low down in the rev range. I just got my insurance through Clare (I think) at A plan. Did loads of searching and A plan were in the lead for a while. Then I found a cheaper quote so I asked A plan to match it, which they did so I went with them.

I have an unmodded MY03 blob eye for sale here. I am much further away than 100 miles, however I believe that my honesty in a prolonged chat and multiple photos would go far enough to warrant getting on a cheap flight to Luton or Stansted where I could meet your friend. ; )
