so in effect 300 before the first change (on the cheapest oil available, under 4K) on daily town driving, no motorways another 300 before the second (slightly better oil still non-synthetic no more than 12-13PSI, under 6K) last one at 1000. Just been offered a Sony DCR-DVD 92E from my sister (one of those wedding/divorce kind of things ) for little money, was thinking about using it for trackdays etc but was worried about with it being a disc (no memory from what i can see anyway) that the disc will skip/jump alot during high speeds bumpy tracks etc anybody use one of these or similar for trackdays etc

yea its been on the go a couple of years now IIRC, there`s a very limited ammount of garages stock it though and it is hooring expensive, much much cheaper with a splash of methanol TBH
