Not the turbo either, this is the first time its been fitted since it was rebuilt, car starts and runs fine but when moving along it starts smoking

Turns out i "might" be needing a RR session to check over my thing

Ok just found out that due to my car being MAFless it wont be the turbo intake pipe after all, so looks like something else

Bet you cant wait to get home ehh, well need to pair up sometime and go on a run in mission trying to get as many miles on em in as short a space of time as possible lol Mine fired up the other day first time then started to smoke quite bad (black smoke) guy who fitted it noticed the turbo intake pipe was flucked seems it was drawing in air making a mess of the AFR, i suppose this could be the reason for the last one going t!ts up as well due to running lean then pop? heres hoping that this is actually the problem and not something else

PPG 1st and 2nd is only rated for 400 (derated since all of the failures at last years SSO) PPG 3rd and 4th is only rated for 600 Question is what does he replace the 6 speed with? Think Lateral use uprated 5 speed gears in a six speed case in the bannana, maybe worth looking into this for future proof

1st and 2nd gears in the PPG are only rated to 400BHP (after so many failed at last years SSO or TOTB or what ever event it was), 3rd and 4th gears are rated too 600BHP..Im thinking the massive torque of the 2.5`s most of these people were running was the initial killer though

IIRC it was something to do with the soft compund cracking under winter conditions

There not really rated for winter use tommo, I think they even come with a warning not too be used in cold/winter conditions nowadays
