  1. [;)] I saw this car in T&C last week,  very very smart in white

definately the best colour, did I see prodrive springs on it ?  [:)]

You did see correct, they seem to have sold a couple of MY07 STis lately. I popped in on Sunday and there was a Black one and a WR Blue one wiating for PDI.

But on the road I think I have only seen about 4 since they came out.

  2. John, let's face it I was only fooling myself. I think Joanne is happy with the Porsche but I never felt happy with the Audi. As Brian said it had great build quality and looked the part but never gave me a buzz driving it.

Cal, some nice looking ones there. I'll just have to get the wheels sorted next and then we'll just have to see what happens [;)]

  3. Well after just over a year away I couldn't take it anymore. Picked up my new whip (White Lightning, [:D] Mr. Mac) last Wednesday night from T&C who I have to say were excellent. Big thanks to Gordon Rough and Kev for all their help. Haven't had a chance to take any good pics, so these will have to do for just now.

  4. Marc - they work but I've just not had the time to reply in a nicey-nicey way as I am waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too pi$$ed off with things out here right now - AND TO TOP IT OFF, MY RELIEF AIN'T COMING TOMORROW SO I HAVE TO STAY!

ps I have a contact in the US that can sort you out with a set of those Prodrive wheels if you need some?

Nightmare mate, sorry to hear that.

Will speak to you Re wheels when you get back.

  5. Alan I would be very careful about an induction kit, as Mark has already been mention it can destroy your maf sensor etc.

Certainly on the new age cars the standard air box is very efficient, for the mods you have on at the mo I think a K&N/STi panel filter would be the best option. If however you want a bit more of an induction roar then APS is probably your best bet but I would recommend a remap once fitted.
