  1. My brother is a cop in central, if you supply the beer it might just be in your favour one day lol
  2. An extremely wealthy 80-year-old arrived for his annual check-up and smiled when the doctor enquired about his health. "Never better," he announced proudly. "I've taken an 18-year-old bride, and she's pregnant. What do you think of that?" The doctor considered this for a moment, then said, "I once knew a guy who was an avid hunter. One day he slept in, and in the subsequent rush, he dashed out with his umbrella instead of his rifle." "Go on, doc," said the old-timer "Deep in the woods, he faced a huge, angry bear, raised his umbrella, pointed it at the bear, and squeezed the handle. And do you know what happened?" Dumbfounded, the old codger shook his head. "The bear fell dead in front of him." "That's impossible," exclaimed the old man in disbelief. "Someone else must have been doing the shooting." Sighing, the doctor gave his patient a friendly pat on the back. "That's what I'm getting at."

  4. I have just checked, it would appear there are no restrictions on imports, good news eh!!! The beauty of this kind of cover is it acts as a warranty almost, £25 for a new clutch , i will have some of that thank you very much

  6. Perhaps you already know about this but thought some folk might benefit from it, the AA do a thing called plc (parts and labour cover) which covers your car for any mechanical defect (excluding tyres, batteries and exhausts) for one year at a time. So long as your car has a full service history your claim will go through very easily( i have claimed twice without a problem). There are a few stipulations however, you can only claim up to £500 three times a year and you must pay the first £25, still a great deal as parts for scoobies are rather expensive, the cost of my breakdown cover and the plc is around £120 per year, nice to have the peace of mind!!! I hope this info helps. Gordon
