  1. I didnt really follow the instructions - i sprayed the cleaning can into a wee tub and used an auld toothbrush to clean wee bits at a time - this way it was easy to keep away from the electrical components. So afraid i dont really know what parts to avoid if your going to do the taping-up thing.
  2. Martin, I've used the CD2 ricey mentioned, and it's very good. Just make sure you do wrap-up all the electrical connectors first - only takes ten minutes. Andy
  3. Oops..... better cancel my order then! []

  8. I'll text you Gus []
  9. I'm sure he would BUT i'm fairly sure he doesn't do any kind of paint repair - if the paint is chipped then it'll stay chipped. He only sorts dents. I'll text u his number in 5.
  10. Neil, i use a guy called Murdoch Murray from Dent Doctor (or something like that). He lives over Falkirk way but his 'patch' is Edinburgh - i'll PM you his number. Don't think he does scratches though, but i've used him twice for car-park type knocks (and the Mrs has used his services 3 times (oo-er) an he knows his stuff.

  14. Glad he got you sorted Vicky [Y] Nowt worse than a wee dent, your eyes are drawn to it every time you look @ the car! P.S. Get the thing washed!!!
  15. I also used & continue to use S&S - never had a problem, just hope a small warranty issue I have just now goes smoothly!
  16. ooo.....and understanding wife - keep hold of that one, they're rare! Scoobyworld Ninja backbox might release a bit of burble (thats what I have on mine) or an afterburner vortex. The afterburner might annoy the neighbours a wee bit though. Do a search on the forum for meercat and C&C - both west-of-scotland based but a lot of scobby owners on here use them. Welcome to the forums by the way!

  24. You think the tigra is bad? Have a look at this beauty - the pics seem to indicate that she must also work in the same estate as me but only time i've ever seen in the car is going thru Harthill. Never a crusher around when you need one eh? http://www.scotcruise.com/featurecars/alai.../alainacinq.htm
  25. [] I remember seeing that tigra in livi centre carpark abour 2 years ago - i actually emailed her to say i'd willingly pay to have that car picked up and scrapped. She replied too! What a horrible, horrible car that is.
