Guys, Today was the dreaded MOT day and my '97 GTB failed on a few things. The main one is too much movement in the steering rack and the general concensus is it's due to worn bushes. Anybody know where I can get replacement ones at a reasonable price? I'd go directly to a Subaru parts dealer but I'm not sure if they will be the same as the UK Imprezas or non-turbo Legacy and I'm sure I'll pay through the nose. Any suggestions (and part numbers)? So Jamie, Fancy getting your hands dirty on the twin-turbo? I'm in the market for a bunch of guages that look neat and tidy (post Xmas obviously). Auchterarder isn't that far from Kirkcaldy really so getting up to your neck of the woods isn't a problem. Get your website up and running so we can see what you've got to offer. The Central meet was great! I was well chuffed that the big Leggy was welcomed so warmly into the Impreza fold. Apologies for not being able to follow you guys down to Glasgow but from what I've seen in this thread, it probably wasn't my scene anyway. I can't wait until the next one. Anybody got any thoughts on getting some SIDC calling cards that we can stick cool Scoobies we see around (one of Grant's good ideas)? Maybe we could get some of those Legacy GTB's from Glasgow to come out . Charles.

Very cool time at KH today. As a SIDC virgin, I thought I would take the old Leggy up and see what the Impreza bretheren were putting down. Despite the typical Knockhill weather, it was a cracker of a day the people I met were equally so. I'll have to make sure my nerve and the twin-turbo is up for a thrashing next year. Charles.
