Two lady drivers today............silver/grey classic wagon followed me into Gravesend, before pulling into Asda carpark about 11..........then a grey classic with blacked out side rear windows with Subaru lettering pulling out of Glenmore Road Welling about 1o'c - got a wave from the second lady []

Son might be coming along but not going to be able to confirm until later in the wek if thats ok UPDATE.......looks like Tania may well be home for the weekend now as the lady she was caring for has had to go into hospital - will update as soon as I know for sure [Y]

Run over to Leigh on Sea this afternoon and it was still a bit iffy on the journey there but hey , after leaving the car parked up for a couple of hours in Southend it was as good as gold on the journey home. Must be mysterious powers at work over on the darkside [].

Bit of local running about today and found thats its still doing it..........if as has been suggested it is the ecu and its going to eventually reset itself can someone let me know when? Am intending running out towards Southend tomorrow or sunday so perhaps a longer run might help? Apart from the idling everything else seems fine

thats really sad news Trevor........was the damage really that extensive? I know the wheels were a bit skewed but surprised that its not considered economically viable to have it repaired. Can you buy it back and get it done?

Morning Ian. Haven't used it all week - workmates turn to drive in so I've been driven into work all week in her Suzuki Ignis 4 Grip and it certainly didn't 4 Grip in that snow Wednesday morning........I know how to pick a free ride lol Popping out later on then probably running out to Leigh on Sea tomorrow so will see if its any better. At least I'll get a tunnel run out of it. Will let you know if theres any improvement.

Shouldn't of affected the idle unless the ECU was reset and it's now learning again [*-)] Do I assume from this then Ian that I just leave it? Like I say its running ok, just idling a bit odd Yes Barry i would leave it and see if it sorts itself out thanks Ian, will leave it for now and see if it sorts itself out.........unless anyone else has any thoughts ?

Having fitted a new battery its not idling so well - wavering between 600 / 1000. Any ideas ?

could always drive one into a wall and shorten the front end lol.............thats not really the answer you were looking for is it ?
