Saw a feature in yesterdays Sunday Times (ooh ya) about a buyers group claiming forecourt discounts of between 5 - 10p per litre by securing a deal in principle with a major retailer, although it doesn't yet say which outlet its with. Might be worth a look though and its not cost anything to add my name to their list. Have a look at www.pipelinecard.org . This is totally seperate from petrolprices.com which has been on the forum before and simply tells you where the cheapest petrol is in the area.

Bought 4 wheels / tyres just after chrimbo - noticed the following day that coating had been chipped off one wheel - went back and Barry agreed it was a manufacturing fault; new wheel had to be ordered in from ? Italy - finally arrived this week. For whatever reason Barry told me that they'd decided to change the damaged wheel and the other front one - can't say much fairer than that. Bit of a result - two brand new shiny wheels and they even washed the back ones off as well [] Bu99er , looks like I've used that small font size again []

Numero 1 ..........'silver' m-reg classic import coastbound on A2 near Black Prince speed camera about 10.45 this morning. Were they really wind deflectors that you had on your windows [:$] Numero 2............about 12.45, red classic on ? Hall Road , Gravesend approaching leisure centre - making a nice noise []

James, I "drove" back along Westhorne Avenue about 21.30 tonight and traffic was a bl..dy nightmare from Baring road lights - gas board or someones down there ripping things apart - and everyones having to use just the one side of the dual carriageway as you approach Cliffords roundabout - looooooooads of cones etc etc. [:@] just in case this is your route for Sunday morning

Yep, thats about it really athough given the cold weather at the moment theres more time spent in the pub You may have seen from the forum we're having a day out to Hastings on Sunday - can you get along to that ? Meeting up at Notcutts at Bearstead although couple of us travelling down from Well Hall roundabout - its an early ko as theres likely to be some littl'uns coming along so if you want to bring the family.
