Hello all, I am running a 2003 WRX with minimal mods to the engine (exhaust and STI filter). It is sitting at 14500 miles, is 13 months old and has been serviced twice by Subaru, oil changed twice in between and is shortly going in for its 20,000 miles service 4,000 miles early. Always run on OPTIMAX and never thrashed from cold, driven for 2 miles sub 30MPH gently to my house, idles for at least 1 minute after the gentle drive before being switched off etc. What else can I do to make sure it really goes a long way without any major trouble. Specifically what is the best way to warm up and cool down the car - is there a good procedure??! Any advice would be great, Thanks, Brian

Hi, I could email you some before and after pictures of mine on a silver 2003 WRX 4 door. Fitted about two weeks ago. Pics taken day before fitting and day after fitting. Reduction in height was pretty much 20mm. The road feel is HUGELY improved. Brian

Fuel - an STI states inside the fuel flap 98 RON only so stick with optimax. It ciould be run, in an emergency, on standard unleaded but defo best avoided. Good luck with the car Brian

Hello, Anyone recommend a good company who will supply and install any kind of tracker such as RAC Trackstar, TRACKER etc etc which would be good, best price fitted and also suitable for insurance purposes for my 2003 WRX? Either a mobile or a place to go. Want cheaper than buying straight from the website of said companies. Fitted anywhere in central scotland but would travel a good distance for the right price. Insurance due for renewal in 3 weeks time so want to widen my options a bit. Any advice? Brian.
