  1. So long as you get a replacement skimmed flywheel or get your one skimmed prior to refitting (either of these are essential), then 230mm will be the best option. The V4 should have a 230mm on it but you never know! Russell
  2. Bloody hell BONDY! - Took you long enough! Russell
  3. WHY ARE WE ALL SHOUTING! Russell
  4. Cheers Peter, did Grant give you the Plugs b y the way? Russell
  5. Someone saw you coming M8! I port, polish and Wrap headers + Uppipe + Turbo (Exhaust inlet and wastegate penny) for £160. If you just want the parts done (ie, no fitting) then its £100. I have supplied several sets of GT Spec II headers (supplied and wrapped) for £465. You may need to consider using someone else nex t time[] Russell
  6. 100% agree with you Alan, we all go a little bit further than we should......but there is a time and a place for everything. People who post about smoking other cars inside city areas are just asking for trouble. Assess when you can do it but keep it outside of the cities ie, country roads or motorways where you have more distance and room to assess risks. RUssell
  7. Thermostat fits inside the Water pump, job takes about 15 mins all in to change it and you need to drain out all your coolant (good time for a change B4 the winter sets in!). Russell

  13. STi5/6 TMIC is fine is your running a classic and looking for around 325/330. It will cope with around 350 on a TD05 - VF28/29 but in the summer and on trackdays, you'll need to think about Waterspray as you'll be running around 1.5 Bar. No need to worry about it up here at this time of year though! STi8 TMIC isn't all that difficult. I've done 5 now into Classics and 3 hours is what you need to do it!
  14. [ [] - I need to think about charging more than £2200 for the same one then! Russell
  15. Assuming the OE ECU is in place and no ECUTek then they'll be 440's BUT...................... I have had 550's B4 that were yellow and I know the US have yellow 740's so anything is possible (this is all based on Phase II INJECTORS) Russell
  16. Dunk - they aren't PFF7's M8 Russell
  17. Subaru only sell the Prodrive one to customers who can prove their car has full PPP as the round piped one is for PPP cars only (makes it more desirable, apparently). Russell
  18. 0.95L Rear diff 3.8L Gearbox 75W/90 Millers CRX is up to the task for a standard-ish car. Russell
  19. TOO RIGHT! - why settle for 2 bar? As De La Soul once said......................"3...........its the magic number!"[] Russell
  20. John - you using perspex or still on the OE glass? Hows it like wind-wise when you hit "Warp factor 9" [] Russell
  21. We never need an excuse for a meet M8! Let us know when your actually here and we'll head over to somewhere near you and meet up. Russell ps - no sheepskin jackets to be worn.............else you'll be ousted out as a pr!cktease[]

  25. Cal - saw this a few days ago but didn't want to reply as i was too busy looking at her freaked-out expression[] She'll break her teeth (literally) on the new 2.35 when I get home ( well, need someone small to get inside and weld the new baffles for the sump! And get a closer inspection of the ported heads to ensure the right finish. Having kids does have its benefits! Russell
