Firstly......i appologise if i have offended you Chris,it was intended as a bit of light hearted humour....obviously you didnt see it that way,and for that i am sorry!..but by the same token i dont take kindly to people sticking things on my car without me knowing....and having to spend 2 hours trying to remove & polish it! Secondly......if everyone would like to look back at the first bit of idiotic posting on this thread,they will see that i didnt start this,i merely took to the bate!....i have never claimed to have spent obsene amounts of money on my car,have never claimed to have had the quickest car in the world,i have spent a total of £700 on de-cat,so,therefore,would reckon that i have around 300bhp,it is an sti,my 6th impreza since 1996.It has also been proven over the years that the cheapest of mods often have the best results,not everything has to have aps,hks,blitz stamped all over it to make it the best!I also THINK before i post,all these big powered engines with proven figures.....where.......when were these engines on a dyno,to prove there exact power figures,so how can you shout that you have x-amount of power,is it possible to get over 400 bhp on standard injectors(this is not directed at you chris)on an sti...dont think so!(as this would obviously exceed the duty cycle of the injector)Of everyone on these forums who have used a well known scottish mapper for mapping,they think he is sh!t hot at what he does,although you dont think so(your own words).Obviously thats why he has one of the quickest imprezas in the country at the moment!Because he knows nothing,and you know it all! thirdly.....my probably,maybe,almost,perhaps,could be,might have 300bhp sti is up for sale.......and no i dont know what i will be buying,but,rest assured Scott you will be the first to know! gav [*-)]
