SVA Single Vehicle Approval. What do you search with? A spoon?

Didn't bother with class 1. (yet)

Class 2 and have worked with a vehicle movements company which let me drive a HUGE variety of vehicles from the most powerful MAN tractor units to double deckers to Reliance prison vans (all new and on trade plates) The HIAB involves a couple of weekends traning with a variety of truck mounted hydraulic cranes (brilliant fun). You also need the CITB Health and Safety certficate. Worked more recently with Geodis (through agency) driving a Scania curtain side delivering palleted goods thoughout Scotland. Back to good old vehicle rental for a while just now though.

Johnny, the agencies are crying out for drivers. I got my HGV and HIAB certs this year and could pick up the phone tomorrow and get a shift. Hours are getting more limited but drivers are still being pressurised by companys to work over their tacho limits. There will be plenty of agnceis out your way.
