I fitted the rear discs and pads from Godspeed yesterday. Still at the bedding in process. I have DBA Wiperslot 4000 at the front with DS2500 pads, braided hoses and DOT 5.1 The Godspeed bits fitted fine and seem to be bedding in nicely after a few miles.
I paid £325 for a WRX PPP last year. Are you trying Subaru specialists? If not try APlan or speak to Gary at Keith Michaels. I've been with the former for 3 Imprezas and 7 years, they've never been beaten on price or service when I had a no fault claim. I've never needed a Tracker either
Bugeye will be £300 tax in 2009. Try both. They're totally different cars. Type R will be quicker. Blob has a 200% stiffer bodyshell and newer. Whichever you go for, you will enjoy. Bob
Good choice. Replaced P Zero, RE 040, RE050 with F1s. F1s beat them all for grip, particularly in the wet. Was hoping to try the latest F1s but could not get any near York.
I had a bottle of milk leak on carpet of a previous car. Supermarket gave me a £35 voucher for valeting. its the worst smell to get rid of. Try commercial carpet shampoo and a Johnsons carpet cleaner and drive with heater on full/ windows down for a week
might be quicker taking to local office with log book, existing tax disc and MOT with the cert. Sometimes you'll get it done on the day other times week to 10 days.
I found out the hard way what a pressure washer can do...took a 5p sive lump of paint off below front fog light. The Chipsaway bloke said its common for this sort of damage on cars. Great for wheelarches and alloys..
SLs leather is heated and 03 to 04 cars have grey alloys as on 05 WRXs. As has already been said leather may not be the best option. Residuals for used cars do not reflect the extra premium when new
Seeing those pics reminded me of canoeing at Blackrock Sands in March 1986. The rivers in Snowdonia were too swollen to canoe so we came in sideways on the waves in high seas. Lovely part of the world and some nice pics.
