  1. Just up from the Parbroath crossroads, heading towards Fernie Castle Hotel.
  2. I managed to balance a fully loaded 44 tonne artic on only it's n/s wheels. Unfortunately this only lasted a few seconds before I went all the way over. Pictured at the recovery yard in Perth. The load's still sitting in a field in the middle of Fife!
  3. Hi Vicki. Welcome from another newbie. I only got my first Scoob last Monday so I know how you're feeling now! I can assure you, you will be very, very impressed. I've never driven a car like it. Afetr trying loads and loads of insurance companies, I finally went on confused.com and they came up with the cheapest quote from Peoples Choice. £413 with protected no claims. Can't be bad. Not long 'till Friday now! I never slept properly for a week before I got mine! Enjoy.
  4. Heard that the Fife Polis are currently trying out a Saab of some sort.
  5. 400bhp????? I'd better go for a lie down. I feel a little light headed!
  6. Very nice photos. Especially like the one of the Mk2 Escort on full opposite lock. How an Escort should look.

  8. Thanks for the kind words... No, the MG was actually green. I think Russ was going to trade it on as Eden was trying to sell the black one and next door had a bright yellow one on the forecourt. Just call me sad, but I've just spent a full five minutes looking at Andywrx's avatar trying to work out who that rather attractive young female is! Both hands were behind my back before anyone says anything!
  9. Hi there. My name's Brian from Glenrothes and I am the very pleased owner of Zeolite's old wagon, the '99 (T) 2000. This is car number 27 for me, but I've never, ever had a driving experience like I've had since picking the car up last Monday. Thanks to Russ at Eden for putting a good deal together for me, which included a Hayward & Scott back box on the car. Wow! What a lovely noise I traded an MG ZS180 in, and I thought that was a fast car, until I drove the Scoob! Right now, I can't understand why anybody would want to mod the power of the car, as there's more than enough horses there for me, though I imagine that may change as time goes on. The Impreza is a car I've been promising myself for years and it's certainly been worth the wait. I'm not the most technically minded in the world, so I'll no doubt be asking some pretty stupid questions in the future I'm very impressed by these Forums, meets, runs etc. There wan't much of this for the MG. Hopefully I'll get to meet a fair few of you in the future. Definitely a very happy Subaru owner!
