it really guzzles it when your going round KH. my oil temp alarm wouldnt shut up either. i would say that after 2 tracknihgts its time to put more oil in it. The CEL came on on my wrx, but that was a couple of seconds after the bigend went so....did really help.

motul 15/50 i think is what most of us use. would use this anyway, even if its not modded
