    I've used K&N in a variety of cars over the years without problem too. But the Simota was recommended to me and as i say have used them in the last five cars with good results. and at roughly £15 a time cheaper for the same result

    I would say it is someones bad experience. There is no doubt tho they are VERY firm compared to struts with springs. Gus

    yip, gives a decent noise (can hear the RC dumpvalve) through it. Comes pre-oiled but correctly done to avoid MAF issues and finally would give minor performance gains (as all cotton filter do) Gus Oh aye and if anyone else wants one I can now get them for £26 thru a friend in the motor trade

    The D2's are a decent enough unit with plenty of adjustments available. 36 points in the damping, height adjustable and camber adjustment available too. You can get them brand new for approx £580-600 imported so depending on age condition you should get them for £250ish!!? Hope this helps? Gus

    Used the Simota panel filter in my last 5 scoobs. says it all really and recommended it to a good few folk on here
