Chris, Thats what I'm gonna go for mate! Used them on previous cars with great effect. Just wondering if I had a problem with the car rather than the tyres???? .......but ran perfectly on the 215's. Anyone else? Gus

I recently fitted sti 8 alloys to my car courtesy of Gav. The wheels are fitted with OE spec Bridgestone Tyres RE040-225/45/17's has anybody else experienced bad tram-lining with these tyres? Never had any bother with the 215/45/17's on the WRX wheels. At first I thought it might have been the tyre pressures as the wheels have been lying around for a while. Checked them and they were out and setting them right made "SOME" improvement but still feel some twitching. I was gonna go for Toyos when the tyres are goosed but might just change them sooner.[] Anyone else had problems? Geometry was set recently (prior to fitting these wheels) to Prodrive settings would this affect this? should I get a fast road setting instead? Any feedback would be appreciated. Cheers Gus []

Well today I was fortunate enough to see the Porsche GT china bluey silver colour and an F40 (red obviously) on the M9 between Stirling and Grangemouth[] ......unfortunately they were going in opposite directions from each other[] ..............would love to have seen them racing. Gus
