I think the kits work out the cheaper option, also K sport is another, I think the completekit isaround£800 in the group buy on ScoobyNet. You need to think about your wheels if you fit big brakes as clearence can be a problem.

I'd change the fuel pump to an uprated one if it was me, as said I'd also change the plugs if they have not been done for a while. You should get around the 300 mark with that, remember mafs dont like the oily panel filters so I'd use a dry one.

The VF 28 will fit as a direct swap but as Tony said you will need a remap. Its a great mod for a uk turbo and with supporting mods you get a nice useable 300 bhp.

Any garage should be able to check the basics out but Ace motorsport in Newbridge does my spanner work and not that far from Newport. Welcome to the forum
