  1. I normaly fit the Greddy oil block adapter when I fit Gauges. You can fit the sensors fast and safely. It just goes ontp the oil filter manifold and then the oil filter screws onto the adapter. Dont have any in stock just now, and it willl be end of next week before I have any in stock.

  7. Had problems with the first engine due to driver error ( first guy had it about 8weeks and blew it) and the second engine was a mincer that was stuck in it I would say. So when it blew with me, I went down the STI route. Got a spanking new bottom end that was taken out of the spec C's that later became Type 25's. Never looked back since
  8. Being serious though............thats a good return for whats been done. You happy with it??

  16. Cant say that I know what is diferent about them apart from the sliencer box is larger. Diameter of pipe from the front to the back is the same as is the tail pipe. Perhaps not as loud as the spec R when idling, but is still loud enough when on song. I like it cause the box looks cool as Apart from that.................

  18. Since there have been meets everywhere else in Scotland, and the Central/Perthshire folks have been neglected, its about time there was one up this neck of the woods. Having a change from the usuall venue which has been the Pirnhall at Bannockburn, Stirling. Moving up to Perth for this one Dont know how the idea of having one in Perth would grab folk??? Its only 30 minutes up the road from the normal venue, so its not that bad I would have liked to hold a meet before the track day on the 5th of March so I can get any feed back from members. That way I can put any ideas/requests accross at the RO meet on the saturday at Knockhill. So how about Friday 4th of march. That way we can all have a wee chat and throw some ideas around for future meets, events in the coming year. Let me know. ****EDITED TO ADD LOCATION**** Any time after 7:30 I was thinking. How's that sound?? Locatin is here for sat nav details here is the post code PH2 0PX (Brewsters) Copy and paste if your happy with the idea 1) Jamie......HI SOOB.....Friday 4th

  20. Hi there matey Welcome to the Forum and the club (I hope)
  21. Never had a problem using the handbrake at the hairpin in any of the other Scoobies I have had on track. Biggest problem is trying to stop the buggers at any of the corners , never run out of brakes yet though (well, not enough to cause a big problem). If your over 300bhp, the problems are keeping it on the track when it drifts out of corners when you plant it on damp days (or dry days in an RA!). Closest one I have ever had was the same as Dougsters piccy above, exept i continued on towards the tyres and stopped just touching them Best advice is to take atleast 4-5 laps to get the car warmed up and also give her a lap or two to cool down before you come in for a break. Apart from that, just enjoy the day.
  22. Sorry to hear that Andy Just you watch what your doing out there
  23. oops, I meant to call you!!! Sorry Matey Yeh you can come up any time you like, just gimme a call before you set off to make sure im around the doors 0794 640 1693 They are sitting here for you.
  24. Come on folks. Theres no need for this kind of behaviour on here. This is how problems kicked off over the road Problems with individual members on the forum should be addressed via Pm to the member in question at the time please. No need to drag it accross the forum.
