I do not think this thread undermines anything, it is always good to see and hear about what others are running with and how they rate it. At the end of the day there are alot of people running different turbos so alot of info can be gathered from this........................Not many "tuning companies" will have had hands on experience of running day to day with every turbo that different members run. What about threads asking what tyres to go for????....................are they going to undermine tyre outlets??..................did'nt think so. [] All im saying is!............ Greer sport have recomended this chap uses turbo x for his aplication. that they will apply along with what ever other modifications needed in there experience is sutable for the job, By coming on an open forum and naming the company and asking if they are right or wrong in there choice is clearly undermining! Paddy. Now it is clearer!! in that case from what you say, i see it as 6 of 1 half a dozen of the other. Yes he may have been told one thing but fancied coming on the forum to see what everyone else runs with the view of possibley changing his mind as to the setup he wants................alot of money to throw at the car, so as you know yourself you want to get it as right as possible. And yes maybe naming the company was not needed info but hey everyone makes the odd faux pas!!!! Personnally if the told me sh1tting in my ashtray would make it go faster and smell nicer i would do it!! []
