  1. << Hi m8, is this all we have! >> looks like it is just us 3 that own terzo and are SIDCmembers
  2. just wondering how many of you on here have a limited edition terzo model sat on your drive? i know they made 333 of these just curious mine is number 99 of 333
  3. excellent pics m8 loving the carpark shot
  4. << My new policy starts today and got mine down to £580, my00 type ra, 320bhp, wheels, brakes, exhaust, spoiler, lights, gauges, fuel pump, remap etc (all declared). Includes legal cover as well. >> with what insurer?
  5. just got a quote from confused for my98 turbo terzo with zorst mod and they came in at 841GBP with legal cover and courtesy car and a 350 excess i paid this year 1125GBP no legal cover no courtesy car and an excess of 650
  6. double yellow lines have to be continuios and solid with no gaps in and at the end it must have the smaller yellow line known as t bar. if the line is not continuois i.e. it has gaps. you can park on it as long as you get picture of the breaks init. so if you get a ticket show them the pics you took of gaps. they have to throw it out as it is an incomplete road marking and there fore is pointless being there just something i read about that was writen by ex traffic cop
  7. << i had the same problem boot rlease catch wasn't working/left my keys in the boot. i went through the speaker hole with a coat hanger. worked for me >> probably the best option to get into boot without force if it ever happens to me this is the way i would go about it
  8. now i know this i will sleep easier! thankyou
  9. had my first scooby now for 2 months and finally managed to find a shop that sells scooby magazine. whilst reading i keep coming across cars that have or are PPP. what does this mean? it is driving me nuts trying to work out what it means
  10. the gatso speed detection radar was first brought about by the germans!! they put up many cameras on there roads but after someone from there own goverment did a check on how accurate these radars are. the results proved how inaccurate they were unless the radar was facing directly in front of the target vehicle i.e middle of the road aimed at target vehicle. so the german goverment banned the use of gatso's on there roads. the best bit being that they then sold the gatso to the british goverment who's eyes could see nothing but pound sign's when they realised the potential of these cameras. ALL TAKEN FROM A VERY HANDY BOOK WRITTEN BY AN EX TRAFFIC COP
  11. << surely this equipment has to be callibrated by an expert ?? Nope it is an electronic calibration on the gun itself >> the laser gun has got to be calibrated by 2 people:- one to hold gun and one to drive towards him so that they get an accurate reading. at least this is what i have read about in a book published by an ex traffic cop. but as we all know the old bill are just a bunch of lying sh*ts.
