  6. Make the RR at dastek and i am sure a lot of people would be interested. There was one there not that long ago but i'm sure people would have things done already to warrant another run. Stuart
  7. Um i have to admit that my first car is my scooby. 320 horses and a ton to insure
  8. I would say that Dastek are the best for consistant results.
  9. cal you have mixed the last two links on your site. They lead to each other's vid
  10. Of course there is also me that has had my ninja on for an age. I have had it with both equal and unequal length headers and it sounds the nuts. Not too loud for cruise but brill when you open her up!
  11. Squirrel was holding me and Wilky up no end Perhaps we should follow Wilky's lead
  12. Now which white sti would you be talking about jambo ? I was the (quicker ) one in front of the millenium falcon with the HKS FMIC.
  13. I would agree about the stoptech. My mate has an M3 Evo and has their 355mm 4 pot setup and they have some stopping power.....however they are unproven on the scoobs and therefore if you are after the best money can buy they AP it has to be.
  14. No no no.....You need to be looking at blowing a nice wad of cash on a set of 330mm 6 pot AP Racing brakes....the total business for scoobs. Don't forget the braided brakes lines, the DOT 5.1 fluid or the Ferodo DS2500 pads Stuart
  15. What a wonderful day! My thanks go to Grant and Imy for all the work to make the route a most eventful one (just wish Grant would have hurried up a bit!!) My car performed faultlessly apart from my overfuelling, my apologies go to Cal and Wilky who were behind me breathing it in. Great drive home chasing Playsatan and having Matt up behind me...saw some good speeds too (Waving to Lordharding on the way past!) Top drive guys and to think i nearly didn't come! Stuart
  16. Yep i am seeing the famous Mr F this coming wednesday for a nice shiny new power fc...... Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 330-340bhp ere we come!
  17. Need 2 of the above for track day action. Can be pretty well worn. Many thanks Stuart
  18. It was a nice shiny exhaust though Karps
  19. i think the carbon intake was about £550 or thereabouts. I fitted it for him which is relatively straight forward. Stuart
  20. << Hi there Any of you boys know what the m3 evo did then and was he standard? Those things usually don't have anywhere near the 321bhp claimed by BMW so would be interesting to hear about his figures. Cheers Martin >> He was my mate. He had done a new exhaust, GruppeM Carbon intake and a remap to get his 348bhp/259lbsft. He made 319bhp/257lbsft when he ran last time at Dastek with nothing done. Stuart
  21. 1. WRXMANIA - 242 BHP and 225 lbs Torque (All cats in place ) 2. coulty - 320 BHP and 320 lbs Torque (Absolutely no horrible cats in place )
  22. there is a shell station just along the road in Rosyth for those optimax lovers!
  23. Looking foward to this one peeps! Will see you all on saturday nice and early at the Forth Road bridge. Stuart
  24. Hi Steve You are talking about headers and not a downpipe correct? Well the equal length headers and up-pipe can if used in perfect circumstances give up to 30bhp/30lbsft. Normally about 10-15hp and more torque. Just look at the WRC that has equal length and all the new jap sti's also. Ease of fitting? Well not altogther too difficult as long as when you take the nuts off the up-pipe to turbo they don't seize. Nothing much to worry other than a bit of time and loads of WD40 I can send you photos if you want to see them on my car. Stuart
