  3. no problem.. your username excuses it :D only joking.. Simon
  4. Lime Green?? img.photobucket.com/albums/v12/terryb/Time%20Attack/Tuner-GP-Final-09-06_0312.jpg Simon
  5. lol.. I touch goats back.. Simon
  6. Talking classic injectors.. phase 1 (92~96) all 380cc phase 1.5 (97~98) uk 380, wrx 380, sti 440 (although that doesn't appear to be set in concrete). phase 2 (99~00) all 440s. The nismo's (550s and 740s) give wonderful idle.. my 740 nismos in my own car idle like the 380s did. Simon
  7. I believe they must have changed something in order to change the number.. but I believe the maps are similar or identical.. will check.. Or get Scott T to comment as he knows more about the Z4/Z5 maps. Simon
  8. why do you think you need a new shaft? the boots and the cv joints can be changed on the shaft if it is that.. only reason for a new shaft is if you have snapped it?? some mega powered sport to do that..lol Simon
  9. As said already the standard turbo is a TD05. Simon
  10. oh and if you are on a budget you could just go for the fuel pressure reg and run slightly higher fuel pressure (sorted out by the mapper when mapping) and stick with the 380cc injectors. Simon
  11. the standard reg is only sometimes over powered by the standard reg.. if it was you would know about it already... it would be very rich and run like a dog and fuel consumption considerably worse than before you fitted the pump. You can fit bigger injectors and stick with the original fuel pressure regulator.. but the Fuelab or SX reg are good ones to go for. As to injectors you want to make sure you get multi hole injectors.. Nismo for example.. 550s would be fine for your required output. Paul @ Zen or Andy F sell them, you will need adaptors for them to fit your fuel rails though. Simon
  12. Not unless he is nicer to the wife [] Confused?
  13. 0.7mm should be about right.. the 1~1.1mm is wrong and a mistake.. orginal plug gaps are 0.8mm. You might find it will run better on NGK PFR7B's Monty at 0.7~0.8mm but try the ones you have now you have them. Simon
  14. Hawkhurst - Silver newage wagon.. lady drive.. wave exchanged everytime we spot each other Simon
  15. will take a look.. thanks Simon
  16. << Just realised what has happened, very sorry to hear it. Hope you are getting better now. George >> What happened? I have missed something.. I can vouch that the car is spotless.. and if a new owner would rather it was mapped for 98RON etc.. I can offer a discount to do it, although it was damn quick on 95ron... lol Simon
  17. plugs or coil packs.. try cleaning / replacing plugs and running 0.6mm gaps.
  18. insurance company will probably write it off if you have to claim. agree the screens are difficult to remove wihtout breaking even when not bonded in. is the dent really bad? can you not come to some agreement and have the cash in your hand instead? or would the dent annoy you too much? Simon
  19. unfortunatly I cannot map newer than 01 Apexi doesn't make an ecu and ecutek won't sell me the lead and software.. they say there is too many dealers in the uk already. Simon
  20. glad you are happy with it Monty! I am sure he will blow it up at some point Deano.. I tried my dandest to get every last horse out of it and keep it safe but he does have lead boots!! lol Still cannot stop laughing about that german guy trying to sleep with you trying out the flamer kit next door.. lmfao! Simon
  21. graph looks nice.. video downloading at the moment. Do you know what the boost peaked at on the run? Simon
  22. << Jolly green monster on chequers centre roof top car park, looks like you've done a few miles this week with plenty of heavy braking. mark >> lol.. I got spotted!! Yeah it has been doing a lot of fast miles again.. I did wash it on Sunday! although brake dust is building up again.. Simon
  23. << Just came home to find a big dent in the roof of the car (been using zoes clio). We have a scaffold at the front and it looks like something has fallen off and onto the roof, now I have to find out if it was the scaffolders or the painters!!! Nathan >> holly cow!!! hope it is fixable / they own up! Simon
  24. lol @ hair colour.. my son has a red tinge to his hair.. so did my sister when she was little.. so it is in the family but the number of people who say "Oh look ginger hair where did that come from" it is getting tempting to shout "She had an affair the cow" etc.. but I think only I would find the panic in their face amusing and the wife would then shoot me. Simon
  25. Damn.. I am mapping in Machester that day
