I had a good look under steering column, even got somebody else to have a look who's done a reset on his 95wrx, to no avail. Looks like I will have to do the battery option. Andy.

Car is 97 uk turbo with later 3 plug ecu. I have read on other threads how to do the re-set i.e. connect black to black, green to green. Problem is I just can't find any green plugs. Got 4 black and even 1 yellow none of which are connected to anything. But no sign of any green, any chance the colours maybe different on this model. Frustrated Andy

lying under car with near side disc above me pushed star wheel out toward curb.

Tried screwdriver, manage to rotate it anti clockwise 1/4 of a turn, but then got stuck. Ended up putting back together but now brake is binding, making noise and wheel is getting hot. Do'h

Failed to get my rear disc off because I could not slaken off rear shoes, through the 1/4 in slot. Can anyone suggest a suitable tool to rotate the nut?? Car is UK 97 turbo.
