Hi guys. Wee problem. Got whiteline droplinks fitted to the front of the car and after 200 miles i hear a knocking. On closer inspection this is what i have found! Front Left Front Right Now to me the font right that is still attached looks like its being pulled to the side instead of lying straight. Any ideas on how it should look?? Cheers Ian

Crikey! Well that was a fantastic day. A huge thanks has to go out to Rosie and Scott for all their hard work and organising and of course to everyone else who helped them out. To say I was nervous on the morning was an understatement what with thinking I was lost and then leaving my phone in my flat things didn’t start out great! Thx to my girlfriend for keeping me calm. But alas we came across a motley looking bunch at the side of the road and new we were in the right place [] Changing into a Santa suit at the side of a busy road is one of those must do before you die things, the reactions were hilarious. Then driving through Edinburgh fully kitted up and decorations on the car certainly turned a few heads and got some waves and smiles. But the real smiles came in the wards, it was so nice to see the kids eyes light up and the appreciation from the parents of the children and also the staff, you could see they were truly grateful for any help we could offer. As we get older our focus on Christmas changes but being with the kids certainly reminded me how I felt when I was younger seeing Santa and receiving presents so I know how much they must have loved it. The SIDC wants to pat itself on the back. For a group of people who society labels as reckless and dangerous (i.e. the motorist/motorsport enthusiast) we did something for others, people we didn’t know, but one thing we did know was that with a simple idea we could try and put a little of their worry out of the forefront of their minds and let them have a moment to smile, let them have a moment with their loved ones, we come to think of this time of year as to be all about having fun and enjoying the whole Christmas buzz but that’s difficult when you have an unwell child. A huge well done has to go out to everyone that turned up, it was amazing to see so many people giving support and joining in and I was proud to be apart of it. Superb day one I shall never forget! lol meaw!! Nah was a shame at TOTB this year, really sad to hear about your misfortunes on the day Andy, was looking forward to your runs all day, i was hanging over the barrier stalking you all morning waiting for your run and i have to say what a feckin noise standing behind your car as it let rip up the strip!! Top motor [] Roll on 2007! Hope to catch you in action at some events. Oh and there was this.

My word that is stunning!! RCM seriously are gods! The white GC8 Type R VI with full Prodrive wide arch kit is beautiful. I was lucky enough to see this car in person at TOTB and believe me with a car capable of 850bhp and finished to Show N Shine standard I cannot think of a better Classic. Watching it on the Handling Curcuit gave me goose bumps, standing next to it on lauch was like standing next to a shuttle launch!! If theres one car i wish i could ever own it it this one without a doubt!

Get well soon bud!

I had thought about say a few "special" people that were official time keepers. Discretely standing on the pit straight with a stopwatch in their pocket catch my drift. But if someone wanted to try and record a lap time they would know to arrange say via the forum to meet up and take note of that persons efforts. In no way do i want to get us or Knockhill in to trouble over this, i just thought we could try and have a little quirky thing to show our efforts. I know alot of people use the track days just for some fun to open up the car but i know there is a few folk who like to see how their efforts are going and are proud of their results. If theres no real demand for it i can still supply the stickers for cars without the time just as a wee logo if anyone is interested.

A wee bump just to see if anyone is interested.

I know Knockhill wont like it, but its not like we are showcasing wreckless or dangerous driving and then putting it on a major video site. Most people that are hurtling themselves around knockhill are going to be keeping an eye on what time they just went round in.
