John, with all due respect i think the way you have those harnesses fitted are more of a danger if you heaven forbid have a real heavy front end bang. best thing to do is either get the normal belt back on ior fit the proper ones that mount on a rear (indipendant for each strap) secure fixing point. Not the best way to have them fitted inho. Pics of how our Corsa has them fitted.
