I know for a fact there are some in the country, the company i work for have supplied 60 sets of the NEW "type UK" graphics to Subaru UK. Which i hasten to add, was designed by myself. And looks much better than the half cocked effort that they have been using for far too long (pink badge) IMHO of course! Sean.

Me too, i got to see them in the flesh at Subaru as ive just had the cool job of designing the "type UK" badging for Subaru UK. They look nice in black ive gotta say. From sum angles it kinda reminds me off an Integrale with them arches......which aint a bad thing! Still not a patch on the Classic IMHO. But then i would say that. Sadly No! I dont work for Subaru, just one of their suppliers. But ive seen the type uk's in the flesh (silver and black), and they remind me a bit of an "intergrale" from the front.....which can only be a good thing? Just wait till people star modding them.....it'll grow on ya! Sean.

I love the new STi, didnt at first but its grown on me.......plus i had the wonderful job of designing the "type uk" badging that will go on every uk STi. Sorry not allowed to show you all yet, its top secret! But it looks very stylish and subtle. Sean.

Thats just the problem Craig......its £1200 from anywhere! Because its a professional package they assume that you are earning money from it....hence the high price. Does your computer run on Microsoft Windows system? (or constantly need fixing or de-virusing) If yes, then its a PC. If you get an Apple logo and show up when you turn it on, then its a Mac. Sean.

Wot platform are you guys on: Mac or PC? I ask as i am an illustrator/designer by trade, so obviously have all this as a requirement. Thats good stuff considering you only just started playing about with it...keep it up If ya need any advice or anything, just give me a shout. This is the next stage for ya, creating images from a blank canvas......its only taken me 10 years to get to this stage!! Sean.

No No No, that is the worst looking car ive seen in a long time! I know they had to change things, but its supposed to be for the better. That grill is sooooooo ugly, the rear lights suck, it just looks like every other new generation hatchback. I see a lot of people being consumed by the darkside, the Evo X looks so much better than that effort. The team that designed that thing should be ashamed of themselves, they have just killed a legend-never mind reborn! Sean.

Thanks guys, ive had time to reflect now.....and it still makes me wince and shake my head in disbelief! The Mrs has told me to calm down in the car! But i am not a lunatic or anything like that, i consider myself to be a safe and considerate driver. 1 slight bump in 20 years of driving? But i guess you cannot account for other drivers being stupid at the wrong time in the wrong place. This has made me love my impreza even more, it possibly saved my life today? If i had been in my old RS Turbo or anything else for that matter........well! The way i could control the car under the most extreme braking was astonishing! One might say Imprezive. Sean.

Without the fore mentioned, i would be laying in a hospital right now, and my car would be smashed to kingdom come! Went for bit of a drive earlier down some familiar lanes and B roads, was doing slightly above the speed limit for the road (national) and a dear old lady in a punto has decided (after looking my direction twice) to proceed to pull out in front of me. I put everything i had onto the brake peddle, ABS going ten to the dozen, and managed to guide the car in-between her and the kerb.....which i scuffed along luckily without damage to my rim. How i didnt hit her is a mystery to me, i can only put it down to the uprated stoppers and a little bit of driver skill! Anyway, i overtook her once my heart started beating again and stopped at the next junction blocking the road. I checked my rim was ok (if not she was paying for a new one). And then gave her bit of a telling off and she could not apologise enough, i think we both realised how close we had just come to serious injury or worse. I think we need little reminders like this every now and then to keep us on our toes.......but not too often! Take care out there peeps Sean.
