  4. Sorry Brian I made a wee mistake in my calculations there the WR1 is quoted as having standard 320ps as standard and i was converting PS to BHP which would be 315BHP i think i hope not 310 must of put a figure in wrong. Martin

  13. Sorry Gee Wr1, i honestly couldnt rember what the service intervals were all i remebered was that it was different to the STi and it stuck in my head of 7,000. 100% agree on the insurance WR1 to insure is Cheaper to insure than an STi with a PPP on it the insurance company see the PPP as an mod and whack the insurance up. Where as the WR1 has 310bhp as standard [] Martin
  14. need more of these then Ac!D http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=44...and&pl=true Martin
  15. Nice Gus, iam just getting BF Goodrige "g-force" on the rear now hehe, how does the car sound with the centre section removed have you unleashed the flat four burble and cruising with your windows down [] Martin
  16. I dont know the in and outs of the P1's and there engines i know that they are very suseptable to knock and lesding to the big end going. Perhaps someone with a P1 would be able to tell you more about the engine. I looked at a few p1's and they all had recent engines at the 40 - 50k mark Martin
  17. Get a photobucket account, (currently down for site maintance) and upload your pics there, then copy paste the thrid box down under your uploaded pic and paste it into your post Martin http://photobucket.com/

  20. The works to the engine will be carried out in two phase or as i like to call it when ive saved enough cash to purchase the next bits. Iam pretty sure these wont put that much stress on the engine only really allowing it to breather better i hope. Phase One Engine TSL Thundercat Sports Cat downpipe TSL Classic Sentre Section TSL Group N Back box TSL Green Filter Group N Phase Two Engine (Four months or so later) Walbro 255 Uprated Fuel Pump Andy F Remap Martin
  21. oh i find it more amusing when you come round a corner and find a carvan in the middle of the road and your forced to take evasive manuovers into a ditch at the side of the road grrrrrrr Martin
  22. I know offically hate Easter Weekend Traffic Sat in Huge Tailbacks on the bypass for an hour, so to relieve the stress thought i would have a blast up a B- Road only to come up behind four caravans doing 30mph [:'(] Martin
  23. There was a lovely RB5 for sale on the forums a wee while back, personally id go RB5 route i think they are beautiful machines wish i could own one some times. http://forums.sidc.co.uk/forums/630456/ShowPost.aspx
  24. The Ultimate goal for the car is a fast road car, it was going to be PPP but for better power gains ill be putting on my own aftermarkect parts, All i want to be sure of is the list ive planned for the engine that ive not missed anything out that will lead to premature failure of an engine component. Martin
  25. I think the WR1 is a beautiful car i love the colour and looks so different to anything else on the road. Id did look at getting a WR1 when i got the STi and opteed for the STi only because the service intervals on an WR1 are 7000 miles and the STi is 10,000. Martin
