  2. That must've made Vixer boys day haha Probs posted on VXRonline how Astras eat scoobs for supper now. See what you've gone and done nipps!!
  3. Why was a VXR there?
  4. Oooh-ehrrrr father. Some nice cars, but also an awful lot of tree smashing boy racers unfortunately :+/
  5. Guys my home address is Dumfries so will struggle to get to most meets anyways.
  6. Story of your life that ^^^..... Just sayin Answer to Gordons question in another thread, I'm away on holiday just now (Saga tours)
  7. To be fair taff, there's not many Scooob drivers behave like that. Everyone in my work gave me a ribbing when I bought the Wagon but the reality is, the majority of owners are enthusiasts, thus responsible drivers. It's a bit of an unfair tag really. Will watch out for this one though as I work in the area a lot of the time.
  8. Says "man-with-men" Pmsl
  9. I wouldn't touch that with a barge pole, but that's just my experience. I'd put my mortgage on it one of the bores will have had atmospheric dampness in it during that time, unless you can garuntee all the valves were closed. You'd be shocked how much condensation will have been in there in damp conditions. High chance of corrosion in the bore buddy. .
  10. Just drove down from Glasgow and passed through 4 mobile speed traps. Watch out.
  11. Tiz lovely Wheels will be an absolute pain to clean though haha.
  12. I'll probs be there. Usually head into scrutineering at the ice bowl. Get close to the old classic Mexicos Usually a nice 6R4 there. Next best sound to a Scoob if you ask me.
  13. Of course I let her drive it. Just enuf to save her taking the wheels off to clean the brake calipers.
  14. Hmmmmm, Might let Miss Bombsquad drive the scoob afterall than.....(rubs chin)
  15. That really is a very nice fitting head unit indeed. The stock item ruins music, but I'm guessing that's down to the standard speakers? Funny you should suggest ACDC Gordon, coz I put Back in Black on yesterday and thought, things need to change in here
  16. Could kill an elephant wae that
  17. Was hoping to come along but not going to happen unfortunately. Hope you all have a good time.
  18. No big deal. Miss Bombsquad just mounts the pavement now ! She actually managed to wreck the full circumference of one of my vans 20s. That's proper kerbing.
  19. The Chimps are on an island, but they throw poos at the boat sometimes. All the little Marmosettes died of a desease a while ago. I was there years ago in a MK2 Mexico ( my pride & joy at the time). They picked on the Vauxhaull in front and were biting the washer jets off, bending the arial, and generally pulling at whatever they could..... Hilarious. Thankfully I got away with it.
  20. Agreed Gordon, I'm just skint unfortunately. Miss Bombsquad and my youngest were there on Weds, and said it was a cracking day out.
  21. Just had a nosey at th BD website. Would be a 90quid carshow for me by the time I pay my wee monkeys In and then I'd need to feed them. Funds won't stretch that far this month unfortunately.
  22. Mibees aye Mibees naw If the weathers like this ... Doubt it.
  23. I've had a couple cars with wheels like that, last one bing an ST a couple years back. Absolute PITA to keep clean. Don't envy you man.
