Mean & Green, My deepest sympathy. My mates son was similar until he tried to overtake a brand new artic, misjudged it scrapping the front offside wing of the tractor unit, forcing an on coming car (complete with family) off the road into a field and virtually writing off his XR2. The result: 1: very nearly beaten to death by the now non so proud owner of the tractor. 2: a 12 month ban. 3: a massive increase in his insurance premium. Some people only learn the hard way and there are plenty of other people out there willing to oblige them!

A definite improvement. I've replaced the standard grill on my MY02 WRX with the Sport Grill for similar reasons. I reckon that Subaru fit crap ones as standard so people with change them!

Richard, If I'm not mistaken the Dealership is Mainland of Widnes, just down the road from me. (9 mins to be precise........ I work just round the corner, although I'm off on the sick at present with the Big C, chemo and all that.). The car looks great, I always used to choose white, until I bought the Scooby then for me it had to be in WR Blue, thank God we're all different. Garth, I see you've got Lexus style rear lights, are they a direct swap for the scooby units including plugs etc as are the twin morette headlights? How difficult is it to gain access to them for fitting bearing in mind the boot liner? Cheers.

Hi, CAR BEFORE MY 02 WRX WAS PRIMERA GT (STILL GOT IT USED DAILY AS OFFICE & WEEKENDS FOR WHERE I WOULDN'T TAKE THE SCCOBY) BEFORE THAT SIERRA GLS/ ORION GHIA INJECTION X2 / ESCORT GHIA/ CORTINA LX/ ESCORT POPULAR PLUS/ IN ADDITION TO 10 COMPANY CARS. THE SCOOBY'S BY FAR THE BEST BUT THE PRIMERA GT'S VERY MUCH UNDER RATED/OVER LOOKED @ 150BHP CERTAINLY WORTH A LOOK AS A 2ND CAR.
