Hi all, Due to popular consensus, this event has been moved to Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton on March 11th. I plan on holding a meet at Bovington later in the year, perhaps around Tank Fest or something so PM me if anyone is keen, or keen to see any other meets in the Dorset area...... Peter

Is there any preference to move the Bovington visit to March and perhaps make it more of an event bringing Devon, Dorset and WIltshire members together perhaps???

4th of March I think I can do, so count me in! Weymouth is pretty nice to drive to now they have improved the roads in!! We can manage reading a map/directions to get there, no issue.....

As Flathead said, only us two turned up last time. I'd say perhaps book a table or somewhere people can eat but the confirmed numbers would need to be in it to be worth it.

I'll have to drop out of this one by looks of things, am now needed elsewhere the same weekend. Have fun.

Hi, I had a similar experience with a garage who did a poor job on my car and caused a huge engine failure. I have RAC cover which includes Legal Cover, I believe pretty much all the breakdown outfits offer this service at some level. Worked really well for me and the garage coughed up for the repairs and all the expenses. Other option is the CAB..... A letter from a solicitor should sort it!

Hi all, I'm putting together a meet at Bovington Tank Museum (BH20 6JG) for the morning of 25th Feb (time TBC) and then if enough interest a drive on to the coast, perhaps Lulworth or similar in the afternoon. An adult ticket to the museum is £12.00 and can be used for 12 months to visit as many times as you like! The Battlegroup Afganistan exhibition is still very active and shows much of the modern equipment used in the armed forces today. Let's get names on the list and get this one busy! 1.
