Sounds like a damn good plan all of this. I think a regional stylee event for the SW crew is a great idea, perhaps all the RO's working together to bring it off. Loving the idea of a national SIDC event next year too! I'm able to speak to a few of the other local but very well supported Jap clubs over this way if we want to take this regional event beyond the rumbling fours?

I'll put my name down for this one, anyone from the Dorset direction want to convoy down?

Excellent guys, need to organise so as not to clash with the SW calendar (more SW boys might travel!) so I would suggest June is a good month to get things rolling for this. I will look at some dates and post accordingly.....

Calling all Hampshire SIDC members! I'm looking to set up a meet around the Winchester area, with a possible drive-out along the A272 to Petersfield with a pub lunch when we get there. Open to idea's if anyone can suggest a better venue or meeting place, I'm keen to get some local meets set up.......

I had a quick listen to the radio in this part of the world earlier and they mentioned Japfest on Sat and the roads are expected to get very congested from 0800 onwards. Might be worth getting there nice and early......

We will of course sample them first to make sure they don't become harmed in transit.....

Only problem with Millers is that 1 x 500ml bottle is only treating 20 litres of fuel. Meaning over a full take you gain maybe 1.5-2 octane points if lucky and in that case might as well use normal 97-ron super. V-Power aplenty over Wiltshire way at the moment, 146-148 depending......

And indeed the weather did turn out lovely! Food, company and driving were all fantastic. I will post photos on here in the coming days. An interesting drive when we split off to head back, a Fiesta attempting to out run Keith in a 3 wide overtake almost door to door and an owner of a Blue Classic who tried to remind me that blue is the colour of choice by leaving a nice rub on my back bumper in his haste to escape! Looking forward to the next outing already.

Yeah, I decided needed something to do, been a shite few weeks and this sounds like a great day out!

Hello all, I will be coming along tomorrow, heading down the A303 from Warminster jct and meeting with Terry and others at Exeter. Please don't mention the back corner, it's still a very sore point as the repair is only temporary until it can get to the body shop in a week or so. Thanks for the sympathy so far guys, the other Impreza was completely wiped out, 25K and 4 years old. I'll be bringing my camera and associated kit tomorrow, weather looks good so hopefully we can get some nice piccys in!
