  9. Big thanks to RA Motorsport in Perth today for fitting my Hayward and Scott centre section, as well as the very informative chat. I shall be back, hopefully for the coilovers.......after the bank's been robbed.
  10. I think you can get away with fitting a sportscat downpipe and having the rest with no cats, and still pass the MOT. Not going to fully de-cat it. Centre section is the most i would want to do.
  11. Cheers for the many quick replies. I also have green panel filter too so im guessing that will allow things to breath a bit better. Another quick question, is it worth getting a decat centre section if this improves the power also?
  12. I'm hoping to get my sccob mapped within the next few months. Main question is, is the difference very noticeable or is it minor. For example, will you be thinking "holy shit batman that's quick" or will it be "hmmm, bit faster, but nothing exiting". I want to make sure im getting my moneys worth. My car is basically a Prodrive WRX but without the map as yet. Cheers.
  13. I have had the same problem on my 2005 blobeye WRX for a while now. Get saving the pennies, you will need new shocks.
  14. The racebox from scoobyworld is a good alternative to the prodrive backbox.
  15. Cheers for the replies. Goodyear tyres it is.
  16. The time has come to replace the rubber on the scoob. Not sure what make is the better but needless to say, don't want to scrimp on the quality. I just have the standard 17" alloys on my WRX. Cheers.
  17. Cheers for the replies. I can live with it for now. Plan to get coilovers at some stage.
  18. Is there any way to sort this. I have heard it's a common problem. Can they be rebuilt, or will i need to replace it. Car is 2005 WRX.
  19. You just summed up why i will never sell my scoob.
  20. Browsing through the scoob section and came across this mint WR1. Done less than 600 miles!!! http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2494243.htm Question is, why buy such a amazing car then never use it?
  21. Buy some new alloys and give me yours cos they look the buisiness.
  22. Yeah, that's my daily runner too.
  23. Shocking price for insurance.
  24. A friend of mine bought a Honda Civic Type R from them and he has had nothing but bother with the car. I'm just saying.
  25. Defo looking to get cheap runaround this year. Can't justify running a a scoob as an everyday car now.
